regarding higher scale

A G.O. is required to be issued from the Office of the Dir. of School Education for implementation of court orders for all the similarly placed teachers. In absence of G.O., D.I. shall not be able to implement it from his own level as he is not the competent authority. Now, it is important to remember that a court order is case-specific. It is implemented for the person(s) who is/are involved in that court case i.e. the names of persons in whose favour the court order is issued. However, you may submit prayer to D.I./DSE (through proper channel) by referring to the court order and, wait for reply and, submit one reminder if there is no reply in next 3 months. Second reminder may be given after another 3 months if no reply is received despite 1st reminder. After waiting for another 3 months you may seek legal justice if there is no reply despite 2nd reminder or if you are not satisfied with the reply!
Govt. may take the matter to Division Bench if it is not satisfied with the verdict.
As I know the medium of instruction for B.Ed. course includes both Bengali and English. For distance learning mode, B.Ed course is of 2 yrs in IGNOU. I have heard it is proposed to be of 10 months schedule if such course is introduced in 11 State Universities in near future!
Other details are not known to me!

……….My date of joining is 23-09-2009. After joining i was admitted to Msc. ………. …………….My final exam date was from 18-09-2012 to 26-09-2012. I have got my result on 11-02-2013 wherein the session date was mentioned as year 2011. ……..

Why has the session date been mentioned as year 2011?
Anyway, prior permission for enhancement of qualification after joining service is mandatory! Now, you may apply to D.I. through M.C. for post facto approval by citing proper justification of your not taking prior permission. Let them consider your case if there is any way out.
