As per order from School education deptt. Primary branch( No.840-SE/Pry/2D-1/2007) dated 7.8.08..it is stated that all construction works,mid day meal funds etc.will be credited to VEC account.There will be one chairman ( GP member of concerned GP ) and one Secretary(Head teacher of the particular Pry. School).Joint signature of both of them are required for withdrawaling of cash from VEC acctt at Bank.
.. If there is more than one pry. school in that Gram sansad the senior most Head teacher would be Secretary and other Head teacher will be just member!!( as per the above G.O).
Now my question is 1.Is there any specific order to separate VEC account of Two school within the same Gram sansad.? If it is possible to make two VEC account of two school by keeping same GP member as Chairman then please provide the GO.
[ some schools of different circle already made this by influencing SI or superior authority in different way but if GO/Order is available then it is possible to convince superior authority in right way!!]

The formation of VEC will be per Gram Sangsad ( one VEC for each Gram Sangsad). As per Order , there is no provision to create one more VEC within the same Gram Sangsad.
VEC account will be operate 1. Secretary, 2. Chairman & 3.Engineer of the concern CLRE. Operation will made by the Secretary &another one.
Mr. paul, You are right. There is no such G.O. to open 2 VEC accounts for 2 different schools in same VEC. There ll be only 1 VEC A/C. but in each school(pry) there is one SLMC and by taking resolution in VEC each SLMC can open separate A/C for that particular school and who ll be the operators that should be decided in vec clearly ( generally Secretary and president of SLMC). VEC will place the grants to SLMC a/c. SLMC ll be liable to utilise the grant and submission of U/C to VEC. In most of the Districts this procedure is being followed to give grant to school from VEC end, though there is no seperate G.O. in this respect, everything is going on by discussing and taking resolution in VEC meeting with prior concent of CPC or DPO.
