As per WBS (ROPA) Rules, 09, all govt employees are entitled for increment on 1st july. However if an employee is granted extraordinary leave not counted towards increment, his date of increment will be regulated as per clarification vide G.O. No. 2728-F dated 07.04.09. How will be the date of increment regulated in case of an employee who has remained in suspension for a particular period between two increments and the final proceeding has confirmed the suspension?
