My father recently on emergency need has undergone CRT with AICD implantation in Medica Superspeciality Hospital. I was not aware of the prior permission thing for CRT with AICD. He is a pensioner. It is a huge anount operationa around 7.5 Lakhs. Would he be able to claim reimbursement for his operation. What is the way please guide. I have submitted an intimation copy addressing his pension sanctioning authority in the office before his operation.
