Release of In-service Teacher on Saturday

what happens when a teacher released on saturday / a day before holiday / a day before vacation?
if a hm forced to accept a released letter to his employee as his/her wish (marzi)?

An HM knows that the release order is given mentioned the time ” AFTERNOON “, so that the released-teacher can join his new place on the next day.
He cannot forced to take the order on Saturday or day before of a holiday.
If the released-teacher takes the order on Saturday and joins on Monday, he will not get the salary of Sunday.

In case of GENERAL TRANSFER the teacher will get 3 (three) days leave including holidays from his new school.
