My brother, a group D employee of Howrah court has been selected for the post of R.I under Miscellaneous services. He got a letter from PSC yesterday asking him to join his training from 15/6/16. Now that he cannot submit one month’s notice, will he be released from service if he forfeits his salary of June? He had obtained permission for attending the mains and interview and also informed the authority about his selection of post. But as his joining date was uncertain , he could not tender the notice.
