Want to know the resignation rule and notice period for the govt aided christian minority school

As it is a govt. aided school, you may resign any time to write a letter to the HOI/ SEC. of the school indicating a cause.

Thanks Sir… Bt my hod claims 3mnths notice… She gives me another option.. 3months full salary.. N claims that it s minority rule.. So I need G. O or any other proper information so that I can handle the situation properly
