Hello.. I have a question.I am a state govt employee for 2 years (ie, temporary). I want to join in another post of higher scale of state govt . I did not suppress any fact and I have obtained NOC for joining in new service from my appointing authority. I do not need service continuation. Can I tender resignation and join in new service or whether I have to wait till my resignation accepted by appointing authority and release. PLEASE REPLY

1) According to my prayer for lien, the M.C. sanctioned my lien and gave the released order. The office of the D.I. of Schools asked to submit the M.C.Resolution for sanctioning lien and the released order from previous school for provisional approval.
2) Before (15 days) completion of one-year lien period, I had to applied for resignation . According to my application of resignation , the M.C of my previous school, took their resolution accepting my resignation. And such resolution had to submit for my final approval.
******* Because in ROSTER , there is a column – resignation accepting resolution of the M.C., the resolution acceptance date will be the date of occurrence of the vacancy. And the original application of resignation should be attached for the authentication of the roster.
So. the term of resignation is not harmful or it do not lead to discontinuation of service.
