What are the conditions for retention of a hs section teacher in a created post? Shall the teacher concerned, be considered as surplus teacher, if the conditions fail to meet? In this particular case, what will happen to that teacher? Please reply ASAP.
If the post/ appointment/ sanctioning memo mentioned as ADDITIONAL POST, then it is mandatory to retain after two complete years of service. Employee should not be anxious about it.
