I am an additional assistant teacher. my joining date is 23/06/1987. In the year 1990-91 I have completed my B.Ed. degree as a deputed teacher.
But in 2009, during an inspection in our school by A.D.I. it is noticed that my post is not ” retained ” . my H.M is asked to do the job immediately.
I also request my H.M , through a letter , to rectify it as it is an important part of my service . But still I have got no response . My H.M says he
submit the neccessary paper’s and that’s all. He refuse to take any more responsibility.
My question is that if my post is not “retained” then how can D.I gave the permission to send me as a deputed teacher
for B.Ed. What can I do now ? Please suggest me

I suggest you to kindly check your Register of Appointment and also your post sanctioning memo. Then you could easily understand what type of post it is.

Information should be sought like this” please provide information relating to the present status of my application dated………..submitted to the H.M ……..School which was addressed to…………. and also the day to day progress made on the said application.” However you can also seek the administrative or quasi judicial reasons of delay under section 4(1)(d) of the RTI Act 2005 if you are the affected person. The quetion should be like this” please provide the administrative reasons for not making any progress or for delaying the disposal of my application under section 4(1)(d) of the RTI Act 2005 as I am an affected person.” You can also seek information as to where the file is stuck and with which officer and for what reason. You can also wish to see the file noting of the file on the convenient and mutually fixed date with the SPIO of your department. If you do not get the reply within one month then you will have to file appeal under section 19(1)RTI Act 2005 with the Appellate Authority. I hope that would do. Gist of my suggestion is that to get a work done in our system Ain (law)and Line both should run simultaneously.

My HM provide verbal information to me that my ” Post Sanctioning Memo ” is no more in school file which was claimed by DI. So it will take time to fix the problem. How long could I wait more ? Please don’t mind for disturbing you . Thanks to you.
