    One person who is passed the Madhyamik Examination in W B Board, aged about 41/42 years, is, working at a Gram Panchayet since July/September 2006 on the daily rate(Rs 136=00) basis, paid in muster roll from G P’s Own Source/Fund, functioning the duty of Gram Panchayet Karmee(Group-D) for lacking of adequate permanent G P K. Might have no appointment letter, working at the satisfaction of the Pradhan/Body. No. of working days per year could/might have been greater than 240 days. Is the reference to memo no. 9008-F.(P) dt.16.09.2011 applicable to this case? Might a right to suspend such duty by the Pradhan/Board now? Pl. reply all to my email.

    It is noted that in the G.O. No.4011-F(P) dated-the 20th May, 2013, a Group-C candidate will receive Rs.8500.00 per month. But I am getting Rs.283/- only per day dividing Rs.8500/30 days. I want to know that “is it fair?”
