Most of our students are reading class- I , they are 5 (five) or 6 (six) years old. Because as per order No. 1480-SL/5S-116/2010 pt-1 dated 9.12.2011( Govt. of W.B. S.E.D. Law Branch.) they have admitted class- I at the age of 5+ on 01.01.2012 or before. But as per order No. 323-SE(Law)/ES/S/1A-01-2009, dated 15.03.2012 (Govt. of W.B. S.E.D. Law Branch.) eligibility for for the admission of class- I for the ensuing academic year i.e. 2013 ‘the age of 6 years and above but less then 7 years of age’. Those children will be in between 6 to 7 years age on 2013, now all ready they are reading class – I. that is why a more little students will admit in to class – I on 2013. some of our teachers will be treated as surplus teachers. where they will go? Is not it a problem partner?

Re: Roll strength of all Pry. Schools will fall in W.B. in 2
Friend’
I think no problems regarding it. This rule will be applicable for the academic year2013 in case of new admission (never enrolled children). We have no right to change his age or detained in class II or stop his promotion or others. Thanks to you.

Friends, the problem of falling of student strength may be partly resolved as pre-primary section will be introduced.
