My wife is a staff nurse who got transfer when she is in maternity leave. Local authority says that her leave will be cancelled if she join and take release. Still she has 2 months and 13 days leave. They advice join after leave is over and take release. Whether on that time any problem will arise for joining in the new place in the same position. Or she will take release now only ? We are very much confused. Different people are saying different thing. What is the rule regarding this matter. Please inform me as early as possible.
