Is it possible to tranfer a primary teacher(TIC) from one nearer school from home to farther school of other circle if the teacher does not apply?If yes how is it possible & who has the authourity to transfer?
It is possible. But generally it does not happen for many reasons. Please share some more information: 1. Roll strength 2. No. of teachers (seniority wise sex wise and whether any teacher is PH) of the school and also the Roll strength and No. of teachers where s/he is being transferred.
I am TIC in my present school.
Roll streangth of present school 42 +(8 in pre primary ).I am not transferred till now.But at present somebody is threatening me that i shall be transferred to farther school.In my present school-
No of teacher -1 TIC(male) +1 assistant teacher(male) +1 para teacher(male) .
My joining date is 12/06/2010 in this school.Asst teacher’s joining date is 21/01/2010 in other school but joining date in my school of the asst teacher is 17/03/2013.
if para teacher is counted in student teacher ratio you can be transferred as you are not senior to your assistant but when a HT/senior(in service life) joins your school you may also be transferred even against your will in the interest of education not in the interest of any person.but law is not always followed, you may have to fight against injustice.
