My daughter is an Asstt. Teacher (WBSSC) working at a Govt. aided school and has completed one year service. She has got an opportunity for joining in research work for her higher study. Now questions are (1) Can she join the research works without hampering her school duties (2) Is she need to be obtained permission in this regard (3) to whom she should pray for granting permission and (4) Govt. order and guide lines in this regard/
