Respected Sir,
I am humbly request you to solve the following situation .
A Teacher had Joined school in 2000 (12 yrs of Service) through SSC.In 2012 he transfered to another School(Mutual Transfer).He serves in the new school less than 3 months.MC rules state that – a TR voter must have complete 3 months service. In this case He is not newly appointed and new school not issue Appointment letter to him.Many Mutual transferred Teachers facing this Problem. No Rule is amended in this respect.So HM,DI’s and other district level officer is not clear about this.In some school they are included and some schools excluded their name. My question is whether he is eligible voter in MC(TR/NTR) Election or not?If yes then by which rule or Memo No?
