1. who is the authority to appoint TEACHER IN CHARGE in a govt sponsored high school in west bengal?
2. what is the procedure for such an appointment of TIC?
3. Is there any rule or G.O. regarding such an appointment of TIC?
4. What is the educational qualification and experience for an ASSISTANT TEACHER to be appointed to the post of TIC in a govt sponsored higher secondary school?
