Sir,
Pls inform the salary structure of upper primary teacher. Is there any differentiation of salary of hons graduate and post graduate degree holder u.p teacher?

Yes. According to ROPA-2009:
For Hons. – Pay in Pay Band is 10230/- Grade pay is 4700/- ; Basic Pay-14930/-
For P.G. – Pay in Pay Band is 11160/- Grade pay is 4800/- ; Basic Pay-15960/-
