Scale Changes due to PG Scale

i am joining as an at (pass graduate)in 2007. my basic pay is 15260. if i join in pg scale, what is my initial start of basic pay.

Your new Basic Pay will be Rs.15960/- (Pay in the band = Rs.11160/- + Grade Pay = Rs.4800/-)

I hv completed my msc degree and got my pg certificate before my joining to school.but at the time of filling form for 12th rlst I did not hv pg degree and joined the school with Hons pay scale.
If I m eligible to get pg pay scale then pls give me the memo no.of the order issued by howrah DI.

Basic Pay ( pay band + grade pay) = P.G. Scale:- Basic Pay ( pay band + grade pay)
1) 15260/- (11160 +4100) = 1) 15960/- (11160 +4800) * ( it is the minimum scale of PG also)
2) 15720/- (11620 + 4100) = 2) 16420/- ( 11620 + 4800)
3) 16200/- (12100 +4100) = 3) 16900/- (12100 + 4800)
Clarification:-
1) A teacher’s graduate scale is 8650/- +4100/- = 12750/- on 13-2-07. He joined in P.G. Scale on 23-05-08. Then his scale will be 11160/- + 4800/- =15960/- ( here the pay band of graduate scale in less than the minimum pay band of P.G. Scale, so the pay band is increased.) Next increment on 01-07-09.
2) A teacher’s graduate scale is 11770/- +4100/- = 15870/- on 13-2-07. He joined in P.G. Scale on 14-02-07. Then his scale will be 11770/- + 4800/- =16570/- ( here the pay band of graduate scale in greater than the minimum pay band of P.G. Scale, so the pay band of graduate scale is remain same, no changed.)
