Please inform me about the selection procedure of Asstt. Headmaster in a Higher Secondary School i.e, constituents of, selection board, min no of applicant, panel, marks distribution and every nitty gritty. Please also inform me that is it right that the AHM in a HS school gets 2 addl increments?

1. The post of Asst HM shall be filled-up by the Managing Committee/Ad hoc Committee/ Admin from amongest the sanctioned strength of the teaching staff with prior permission of the DI of SE of the respective districe against a sanctioned post.After receiving of prior permission from DI for filling up of the post of AHM ,shall notify and collect application of such approved and willing teacher(s) of institution,who are graduate with hons or Masters and having 5 years’ teaching exp. Holding regular BT,BEd,PGBT degree or diploma.
2.At least three candidates
3.Academic Qualification-30,Exp-5,PT-5
