    Dear donyi_polo,
    If WBSR is for “govt. employees” of WB and, the teachers in question are not at all “govt. employees”.,
    then is there any Service Rules like WBSR for teachers in written format? If you have this, kindly upload it.

    Every service is governed by some rules, WB teachers are not exceptions. There is a famous saying that gold is where it should be but, our duty is to find out it! So, my dear friend, you may find rules/guidelines in the following books:
    (1) Headmaster’s Manual by B.B. Kundu
    (2) Secondary School Administration by S.K. Kochhar

    @ D_polo: Sorry friend. I dont think those books may be called Rules. Of course those are guidelines.
    One thing I would like to request you and all. It is seen that some of the members including you have been quoting the previous post while replying. Its not looking good. Please try to avoid unnecessary quoting so that your reply looks attractive. You may reply any specified query by addressing the member and adding the ‘@’ symbol just like I am replying you. Hope you wont mind.

    @mbhunia
    you may search the websites of school education deptt. and WBSSC for school related acts, rules, orders etc. This may be a fruitful exercise for teachers.

    (1) Where to find the rules of a service if they are not printed in the form of Rule Books?
    (2) Then where to find the rules applicable for the teachers? Is there any such specific rules for teachers?
    (3) If so, what are the rules that control the appointment of teachers in the aided schools?
