My colleague namely Debdutta Mandal joined in 2002 as a primary teacher in Purba Midnapur.He has been joined in high school in 2010 as ast. teacher(pure science) through ssc without taking release order from primary teacher counsellor . Now the question is whether his service may be continued or not? If it is continued then how? pls give me legal advice.

Your friend will not get:
1. Any additional financial benefit.
2. 8 years of service experience will not be counted while awarding CAS of 10/20 years.
But, in the time of retirement while calculating pension eligibility this period is counted. In that case a supporting document is to be produced during his service life.
