I, Tapas Manna, joined as an asst.teacher of Geography in deputation vacancy at Chaipat High School on 22.08.2003 through MC. As per D.I ‘s approval my last date on that school was 15.05.2004. But due to issued recommendation letter of WB school service commission and issued appointment letter of the secretary of Kesiapata G.M High School, I do tender my resignation from the post of asst teacher at Chaipat High School on 24.03.2004 and joined as a permanent asst teacher at Kesiapata G.M High School on 25.03.2004.
Sir, now my question,
(1) How I shall continue my service from 22.08.2003?
(2) If continuation possible from 22.08.2003, then what facilities I can get?
(3) If New pension scheme starts from 01.01.2004, then, can I give old pension scheme facilities.
According to my knowledge it is not possible. Because the first one is deputation vacancy and in the second case it is permanent. So how your service can continue? You have no service book in the first case. Your service book has started after joinning as permanent teacher.
