If a teacher joins to an additional post under Sarba Siksha Mission, after completing 9 yrs of service, what would he or she face in continuation of his service ? As the post as well as his appointment will become regular after 2 yrs of his / her joining, in future what would happen, if SS Mission ends ? Is there any problem ? Plz suggest…

After 2 years of Service, of course you have gotten retention from the D.I., then do’nt worry about your service.Re: continuation
There is no relation between the concept of continuation of Additional Post and SSM. As per the rule of SSM those additional teaching posts created so far to strengthen the education at the upper primary level, the financial burden distributed among the central and the state (75% and 25%). Thus the state exchequer suffers little. Don’t worry……………..be happy.Re: continuation
