Yes, if he/she is in continuation and completes 5 years of service in his/her present school.

How, after the completion of 5 years of service in the present school, will seniority be accounted for? Will it be counted according to total service length, or service length in the present school?

Your seniority will be counted from the date of your first joining, after completing 5 years of service in the present school.
