I request wbxpress to initiate a POLL on this topics because HMs are anxious over this:
Options suggested or as you think:
1) It should be readily extended to teachers in the same form as it done for Govt employees
2. It should not be extended by the govt. as it will affect the academic performance of Girls’ School & Co Education Schools.
3. It should be extended by govt. but spell should be minimum 90 days so that teachers in leave vacancy may be appointed by school.
4. it should be, but for less than 730 days.
5. It should not be allowed for Examination purpose as that would minimize number of invigilator in MP/HS Exam venue.March 19, 2012 at 5:24 pm #71668AnonymousInactiveRe: Should Child Care Leave be extended to Lady Teachers by
Thanks a lot!April 19, 2012 at 11:38 am #72090AnonymousInactiveRe: Should Child Care Leave be extended to Lady Teachers by
730 days should be distributed among the Mother and Father by 60% and 40% respectively.
Because child need his/her mother maximum up to 8yrs, after that the child need his/her father. So CCL will give to Mother up to child’s age 8-10yrs, after that CCL will give to Father up to child’s age 18yrs.
Thanks…April 19, 2012 at 12:21 pm #72092AnonymousInactiveRe: Should Child Care Leave be extended to Lady Teachers by
Friends,
C.C.L all ready has been implemented for the Govt. employee, not only Central Govt. but also W.B. State govt. Employees. It has drafted by some expert, after that our Hon’ble govt. ( Both Central & State) accepted it.I think it has a valid reason. If it is reasonable for the Govt.employees why not same for the female teachers? I also think Paternity leave is very essencial at present day. now we live in nuclear family.Company and nursing of his/her father or her husband is very need full just after delivery . I believe, it will accepted by our Hon’ble state Govt. very near future. don’t mind friends, it is my personal opinion. Thanks to all.April 20, 2012 at 4:28 am #72103AnonymousInactiveRe: Should Child Care Leave be extended to Lady Teachers by
@Torkona: I am glad to see something different/new from your point of view. In my opinion you are absolutely right. The responsibility of care for child does not only lie upon the mother and the grounds of such leave can also be applicable to the fathers. Therefore, I also think that it would be better to divide the same into 60 and 40 percent ratio.
@Asit Baran Pal:- The paternity and maternity leaves are the other issues and of course its the legitimate demand of the male employees to provide paternity leave on the grounds you stated above. When the female employees are entitled to avail both the leaves for a long period, why not the male? The period may be much shorter for them and of course there is no jealousy from my part for such facilities to the female employees. Thanks all.April 24, 2012 at 1:10 pm #72163AnonymousInactiveRe: Should Child Care Leave be extended to Lady Teachers by

Why do always find “grounds” for any leave!
Why dont we find the “grounds” for providing more service to nation?
Will you all please enlight me in this regard!April 25, 2012 at 4:44 am #72177AnonymousInactiveRe: Should Child Care Leave be extended to Lady Teachers by
Strange question!!!
Instead of being Off topic, I would like to ask you the following.
Is it possible to avail any kind of leave without any ground?
Is it “ground” or “mentality” needful to provide more service to the nation?May 1, 2012 at 2:11 am #72266AnonymousInactiveRe: Should Child Care Leave be extended to Lady Teachers by
By, Mr. Somnath da : “Is it possible to avail any kind of leave without any ground?”
supporting you, I just come to say that, we bound to take medical leave when we’ll get marry or like that…
So, “Ground” is a base of any “Leave”…
thanking all.May 25, 2012 at 1:36 pm #72682AnonymousInactiveRe: Should Child Care Leave be extended to Lady Teachers by
