Simple Income Tax Calculator 2015-16 is an Excel Utility which calculates Income Tax of Salaried Person. It also prepares Form 16, Salary Statements, HRA Exemption etc.

Respected Somnathji, please change in excel utility for income tax for the F.Y. 2015-16 i.e additional tax saving benefit for Rs. 50,000/- u/s. 80 CCd(1B) for NPS scheme saving made. Say Rs. 1,50,000/- total saving exempt u/s. 80 and additional saving for Rs. 50,000/- for saving made in NPS. total saving exempt comes Rs. 2,00,000/-.
Please rectify the same thing in your valuable excel utility and upload new version urgently please.

Respected Somnathji, thank you very much for changing in excel utility for income tax for the F.Y. 2015-16 i.e additional tax saving benefit for Rs. 50,000/- u/s. 80 CCd(1B) for NPS scheme saving made. It is my humble request you to please upload some useful excel registers to be maintain in Government offices like Inward- Outward Registers for Dak with remarks/ Desk Diary for Assistant and other relevant Registers with other editable column for easy routine office work. For that act of help we all Government officers will be highly obliged to you.
Please rectify the same thing in your valuable excel utility and upload new version urgently please.

Difference between straight and break up calculation of Education cess is very marginal and ignorable.

Example :- Tax on total income =84970.00 ,
Add Education & cess @ 2% & 1% = 2549.00

But your I.T. Calculator 2015-16 shown as Rs. 2532.00 , Please check and clarify.
