He/she must enjoy the study leave up to 16/05/12 (you wrote 16/06/12, I think it is 16/05/12) from 7 days before starting the exam. but the whole study leave does exceeds 30 days. The leave will be sanction by M.C, you just give a application with a xerox copy of the exam. routine.
