One of my colleagues completed B.ed from IGNOU. His session was 2010-2011. But unfortunately he couldn’t clear some of the papers and had to reappear in the term-end exams-both in June and December-in 2012. Finally he cleared the said degree successfully in Dec’12. Will the study leaves to be sanctioned and approved include even the exam dates in which he failed? How many study leaves could be sanctioned in this case? What exactly would be the leave pattern to be availed of?
