Dear friends,
. I am going to join in agriculture department as KPS post…..if I want further to study more like BSC in agriculture….can I get the study leave…..if, then how much ?…..& how much salary I will get from department…….1. Study leave is admissible to the Govt. employee who has rendered not less than five years of service.
2. Study leave is not admissible to the Govt. employee who will retire within three years of return from study leave.& about salary…how much I will get during study leave

Fully Pay (12 months) if you are granted Study Leave for Higher study in the interest of public service.

actually the course duration is 3 yrs…@BAPPA GHOSH : Study Leave may be granted for 1 year at a spell. A maximum of 2 year may be granted in whole service life.
As I said, when you are enjoying study leave, you will get full pay.
Beyond Study Leave you have to go for EOL (Extra Ordinary Leave). During this EOL, NO PAY is admissible.Thanks a lot
KPS (Krishi Prajukti Sahayak) named replaced by VLW (Village Level Worker) is appointed in AgL. Department. There is no question to get Study Leave to study B.Sc Ag . If the appropriate authority wants / thinks to develop the qualifications/practical knowledge by Regular Course or by Training Programme, then they will arrange such course or training for the employee(s).
