Dear Friends,
As i expressed earlier that we are from Forest Department, and we are new to Treasury Function. I would like to know that how should i write a registered which treasury suggested to follows is T.R. Form No. 4 (Section 31(i). It is mainly Receipt and payment record. I have tried to search in WB Treasury Rule, but could not find any solution. So please let know with example, if possible, how should i make entry into this newly provided register.
