Regarding increase of different rates / allowances e.g. TA, DA, LTC etc. after ROPA, 2009, separate G.O.s (ROPA Part – II) were expected to be published. But unfortunately, it was not. At present the rates are applicable as per order of the year 1999. How can an employee manage at present with the 14 years old rates? Many employees who have to travel due to their professional responsibilities; they have to bear the additional expenditure from their own pocket. At least the rates should be enhanced 3 times, in my opinion.
