Teacher on deputation vacancy and Festival bonus

Are any teacher joining on deputation vacancy ( From Aug 2011 to May 15, 2012 ), having Basic + D.A less than 22000 on Dec 31, 2011, elligible to get festival bonus this year ?

1) August 2011 to May 2011 -the date is impossible !!!
2) If the lengths of service in deputation vacancy from August 2011 to May 2012 and the amount of salary is or less than Rs.22000/- (basic pay+d.a) then the deputed teacher will avail his bonus this year.
3) 31st December,2011 ?? It will be 31st March,2012.

Thank you Mihir for pointing out the mistake. It is obviously ’15th May, 2012′, but ’31st Dec, 2011′ is correct.
