Here is the Teacher/Staff Information System FORMAT to be submitted by all the teachers and staff of the schools running under DSE, WB. DSE FORMAT.pdfIs it compulsory to submit this format? If yes, then to whom we have to submit it?

this format is supplied to all the heads of the institutions from the concerned DI of Schools.
the head of an institution will distribute the photocopies of the FORMAT among all the staffs.
each staff will fill in the FORMAT with his/her credentials and submit it to the head.
the head will send all the copies of the FORMAT to the DI office within the stipulated time period as set by the concerned DI.
in my district, this was the procedure.
you may please ask your head/DI for yours.
