On 11th March 2016 Friday, Hon’ble Calcutta High Court in a landmark judgment has given the verdict in favor of the appellants demanding eligibility in order to appear in the SLST Examination in the same scale. So, the in-service teachers can now apply for SLST in the same scale. I am posting five important Court Orders in this regard.
So, whether the in-service teachers in pg scale will be able to apply for d same scale or not! When will d scenario be cleared? As the permission granted for d appellants only, what would happen for the rest?
