I want to know that what is the normal tenure of an academic council in a Govt. sponsored school under WBBSE and what is the procedure of removal of academic council before completing its normal tenure in case of not working satisfactorily.

There is no such provision. In case one of the teacher disagree to do his duty as a member of Academic Council, then the HM co-opt. another member from the staff. But all 3 members…..?
Your “majority of teachers” selected/elected them. Say, you have caste your vote to CPM, after election you think that this elected member is not fit to development of society etc., etc. Then, do you move him before his completion of tenure? In this regard, you can consult DSE.
