After HM’s retirement, who is automatic choice for the post of TIC, school senior or service senior?
suppose a teacher transferred from other school or circle to a particular primary school whose date of appointment is 10102001 where as there is already a teacher who got appointed in that school from 6102001. now after HM retires who will be TIC?

If the qualifications are same of the both or more, then TIC may be chosen who joined on 06/10/2001.
But reality, it may depends on VEC or SIS.
Because who is senior, may not be interested to take this post. After all it is a mutual decision. There is no rule. But if we search the answer by law then the appointment process may be followed to select the appropriate person.

It means that if any teacher is not interested to take over the charge as TIC, nobody can force him to do so. SIS or VEC can request but not impose to any teacher because there is no defined rule for the selection of TIC.

Yes, you are right. But if all the teacher deny/avoid to take the charge ( gurudaittya), then how the school runs?
In secondary or higher secondary, the staff select/ choose their leader(TIC) and is approved by the MC. In service rule, there is Rs 75/- and Rs 100/- recommended to the TIC accordingly due to take extra load, but in general, the DIs do not sanctioned such honorarium. You may know it.
    Thanks a lot.
