one of the teacher representative (t.r) of school m.c. has taken admission in regular b.ed course. will he be able to attend the m.c. meetings or function as t.r. in the m.c? also another t.r has been selected as t.i.c., will there be option for new t.r.? what is the exact rule in these situation?
According to the Board’s letter dated 08/07/82, (1) if an approved teaching,non-teaching staff takes a long vacation (leave) or goes for deputation and (2) such leave or deputation is approved by the M.C., then he/she may participate in vote for T.R. as a candidate or caste his/her vote.
*So, the deputed teacher may join the meeting or function etc.
** To fill up the another post of T.R.( which is vacant due to be the T.I.C one of the elected members of T.R.),Staff of the school may opted another teacher up to the rest tenure of the running ( present) M.C.
