Training required for Primary teachers as per new rule

Please let me know whether any primary teacher having 1 year B.Ed degre is eligible for pay scale payable to trained primary teacher.As per new recruitment rule graduates with 50% marks with B.Ed degree are also eligible for recruitment upto class V provided after recruitment the complete a six month elimentary course as per ncte rules.

As per new rule having 50% marks of H.S. and one year B.Ed course is eligible to get A category scale (ROPA’98 concept)as a Pry. teacher. At the time of his/her joining,Pay Fixation is noted below:-
Pre-revised scale: -Rs. 3350-90-3800-100-4700-125-6325/-(scale No.-6) {as per ROPA’98}
Revised Pay band: Rs. 5400-25200/- (PB-2), Grade pay:- 2600/-
pay Fixed:( Pay in pay band + Grade Pay)= ( Rs.6240/-+2600/-) =Rs. 8840/-(Basic Pay) +other allowance as per admissible.
