i am a officer of directorate of registration and stamp revenue, deptt of finance, w.b. holding scale no.17. i would like to place my service in the secretariat cadre to any posts as section officer and above by transfer with pay protection forgiving seniority. Is there any such provision, if so please cite the examples, orders etc. It is heard that the gr c employees has such provision. please suggest. Thank you.
