I have joined in the NCC establishment of Deptt of Civil Defence, Govt of WB, in May 2006, as LDC on permanent posting. I’m a Commerce Graduate (II Years Pass) also having Post Graduate Diploma in Disaster Management (1year) UGC approved, having 1st Class first degree in Civil Defence Instructor’s (CDI) course etc and many more like NCC B and C certificates. All these said certificates and testimonials are submitted during my appointment along with my CV. Now, the question is that, I want to revert back to my parent Department i.e. Civil Defence Department for permanently in the same post due to unavoidable circumstances. My date of birth is 20 Jun 1972. Is there any provision or policy to transfer/revert back from present establishment to Civil Defence establishment ? Requested to kindly provide your valuable and proper suggestions at the earliest please. Thanking you.
