Hi, my friend Is a LDC posted in DM office & far from his house about 10 yrs distance by bus. He is in probation period. His father is a cancer patient….. So , can he get the transfer facility….if then plz state the procedures….& link the rule also …plz

First, advise him to appeal with support of enough documents to suffice the Authority.

1) As far as I know, in any service, in probation period none can apply for transfer or no appointing authority can give release order except resignation.
2) After completion of his probation period, he may bring over the matter of the said DM and can draw sympathy.
