One of my colleague has got her p.hd degree in 2010.Is she entitled to get 2 additional increment per year.Can u provide me the GO?

I couldn’t understand what is said in the last few lines.can you pls clarify it.PLS REPLY SOON.
Does the order mean to say those who have completed p.hd before 2005 will get the increment? not the others.

Exactly. Those who completed their Ph.D. degree after the cut off date mentioned in the above order need the Permission Letter of the DI to claim the inremental benefit. And I think no DI has given such permission to complete Ph.D. degree after the issue of West Bengal Schools Control of Expenditure Act, 2005
