Unable to open Online Registration website.

Dear Sir,
I am a Retired Govt Employee require to apply online to register for getting befit of cashless treatment scheme 2014 of Govt of WB. I tried much many time to open the site but in vain . Please guide me to open the site for on line submission of Application and oblige.

Select employee or pensioner and press ‘click to continue’ button to proceed.
Then please let me know in which step you are facing difficulties.The on line registration site is showing ERROR PAGE. Is there any clue to register yourself online in WBHS 2008 cashless scheme? Kindly guide. Such faults deprive the Govt. employees from prompt registration and it is like playing fools with them.
After clicking to ‘click to continue’ the page opens with ERROR PAGE comments.
Avoid Saturday and Sunday. Use high-speed net connection
Now the site is showing under construction. And one more thing why the system will remain closed on Saturday and Sunday? Is there holiday for the computers also?
