One State Govt. employee availing unauthorised leave which exceeds 11 months in three terms. DDO send him all types of letter, show cause letter. But he replied my wife is now seriously ill, no one here to serve her. She will expire shortly, then I return my service etc. This is the habit of the employee since long years. With all papers DDO inform the department. But either DDO nor Department not yet stopped his salary. New DDO join there, how will he solve it ?
11 months of absence should exhaust all kinds of leaves of the employee. in that case, salary should be stopped. the matter should be handled by the DDO himself.
