According to NCTE regulation OBC should get 5% relaxation in HS Qualified marks (i.e. 45% in lieu of 50%). Why it is not counted in D. El. Ed. course.Is qualification up-gradation possible from WBCHSE?Un up-graded qualified teacher how could be appointed through SSC/primary- 2012 exam? Please answer me.
