I joined on 28/01/2014 as a non trained primary teacher. I passed D.El.Ed on 05/09/2017 and received the marksheet but not received the certificate. When I’ll be able to get A category teacher? Is it mandatory to receive certificate?

After completion of training (D.EL.ED) a ‘B’ category teacher become ‘A’ category and grade pay also change

What is the difference between ‘B’ Category and ‘Group B’ then?:eek::eek::eek:
