Sir,I am 32- Diploma (Mech) and BE(Mech)2011 with AutoCAD, Pro-E,Catia and CCNA Certified. Tried both for private and govt. jobs. In Private every where asks experience.
Both Diploma and BE qualification registered at Dist. Employment Exchange, Bangalore. Government should provide employment to all only through employment exchange irrespective of experience either in private(duly secured) and government departments duly considering age of the candidate. Let everybody ask this to government.
