Village Level Entrepreneurs

I am working in a Gram Panchayat from May, 2008 now working as VLE (Village Level Entrepreneur) under MGNREGA Scheme from 2009 according to order of P&RD dept, West Bengal, department says that VLE will get his wage according to his entry of Muster Roll which is most necessary to get fund from Central and State can use 6% contingency only for computerization. But VLE’s are not getting his minimum wage, when a VLE is almost computer trained and literate. Various districts or Blocks also issued order to disburse minimum wage to VLE according to his attendance. Now I want to know, whether VLE’s of West Bengal will be benefited from the Finance department order memo no-9008-F(P) or not, please response as soon as possible.
