VIOLATION OF PF DEDUCTION

Hi friends, my friend asked me a problem about his PF deduction. His joining date is 07.01.2011. The head master is began to deduct his pf amount after the next month of his joining and it is running till now. DI approved the same. As i know it violets the pf deduction rule. but my question is that, whether he will face any problem in future and is there any clarification regarding this wrong deduction of pf. THANKS TO ALL.

There is no such clarification and practically he will not face any problem as it is not his fault.

Thanks Som da, but some others H.M told me that, in future the money (first year deduction) will be maintained in a ”suspence account”. Is it true, I don’t know, whats your opinion?

As there is no such procedure given in the Rule, I restrain myself from passing any comment.
